4) The MARKET for your products must be huge and explosive. (Example: Do Americans need to lose weight?.. and need more Natural Energy?) The company should also be in business at least 2 years to prove themselves but also not in business so long that the market is totally saturated (over 25 years).

5) What you need to buy each month, to remain a distributor ( be what you/your family need to consume and also to hand out free samples) for UNDER $250 per month. Again, it must be affordable to your future downline too.

6) The PAYOUT to distibutors is a big percentage of sales price (at least 30%).
